Went there as I was at a Customer Summit hosted by our software vendor at the Westin. Went to the ""No Name Lounge"" after a daily session and was told we wouldn't even be able to get a drink until at least 5:30, as staff were ""in a meeting"". What kind of restaurant has the cojones to do that to customers? Then, we decided to eat there and have lighter fare, as our company won't approve $40 steaks. When the appetizer came (BBQ Shrimp), it was cold, overdone and tough. We then ordered burgers, thinking a steakhouse couldn't mess that up. Wrong. I wanted mine Rare, was told that meant a cold red center, almost raw, so I relented and asked for Medium Rare, told that was a warm red center. Got my burger ($15 btw), and they had overcooked it so badly, I could barely get a bite out of the edge. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for the waitress to show up, and she acknowledged the issue, offered to bring me another, but as my Partner ordered his Medium and got it WellDone, had about finished, and I was not in the mood to have them take another shot at it - if they blew it that badly, they have a McDonalds' grade burger flipper burning $15 burgers. We settled for having a round of drinks taken off our bill. In addition to the botched food, I was not impressed with the waitresses nonchalance about the whole thing. I've been at places spending much less and had the manager show up tableside to make sure I knew they were aware they had a problem. Never again.
Pros: Fun decor - football pictures and footballs
Cons: Poor food prep, indifferent service, ridiculous prices
