I had a problem with my van's engine rusting. My auto repair shop told me I needed to take it to a body shop to be repaired, they couldn't fix it.
I took it to one place and got an estimate that was extremely high in my opinion. Then I took it here. The man took a look and recommended not even bothering to fix it. He explained that the price I had received was actually low for the amount of work, and that it could not really guarantee that it would last since the reason for the rusting was a problem with the hood leaking. It would cost more to fix it than the car was worth. I was impressed with his honesty and willingness to give up a large expensive job to save me the headaches.

CONS: Didn't have any actual work done
