Shoop's Canvas Awnings & Drpry

shoops has been taking care of my awnings for 25 years. the last time April 2012 they hung my awaning and there are rips in them and the pole is so bent that the looks like a v.they are paid to store and put them 2 times a year spring and summer @ $75.00 a time. they are dirty and there are marks on them. i have called them more than 6 times and have no had a reaponce from the owner HARRY SNOW. When Mrs. Shoops ran her company it was much better service.I ALWAYS PAID MY BILL ON TIME AND HAVE BE A CUSTOMER MORE THAN 25 YEARS. I WANT THIS COMPANY TO BE AWARE OF HOW WRONG THEY ARE IN TREATMENT OF THERE CUSTOMER. THIS IS FRAUD ON THERE PART AND WHEN YOU CAll THEM THE LADY IN OFFICE STATES THAT SHE ONLY WORKS THERE AND SHE WILL GIVE THE INFORMATION TO MR. HARRY SNOW. I HAVE LIGHT BROWN AWNINGS THAT WHERE HERE WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOUSE IN 1985 AND THEY LOOK BRAND NEW. HIS SERVICE IS SO POOR THAT HE IS MAKING MY HOME LOOK LIKE A WELFARE DUMP. I AM DOING THIS SO NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GET TAKEN BY MR HARRY SNOW. THE REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET ARE BAD AND ALONG THE SAME LINE AS MINE. I had Shoop's hang my awnings last Spring. My awnings were dirty (they claimed they cleaned them before storing them), one awning was ripped (it was not ripped upon pick up for Winter storage), the awning was hung uneven and they ripped 3 of my porch screens when hanging the awnings. I have called and written the company many,many times and they ignore my requests for a call back. I have received no call or letter from the company.I cannot believe noone can return a call or at least acknowledge the damage that was done. I do not recommend working with this company at all! I had Shoops make my awnings several years ago and had them put up and take down my previous awnings for many years. \r This year, the awnings have a rip that was not there when the awnings were taken down last fall. The one awning is crooked, and none of the awnings is zip tied and are sliding on the frames. The underside of the awning has mud on it, and it was not there last year.\r \r I have called two times to have someone come out to make repairs and correct the problems. Awnings were good. The take down and reinstall service was horrible. When reinstalling my awning the crew poked a hole in the awning, all the ropes were greasy, getting on to the underside of the awning greasy and management ignored my complaint.\r This awning was only up at my house about 3 months and then taken down. I asked the owner, Harry Snow for a new awning, because his workmen damaged mine and he just ignored my complaint. He didn't even come out to see what the problem was.
