I called Shlomo in a bind on a Friday afternoon, right after they had closed. I ran out of Cholent meat and everyone else already closed for Shabbos. Even though I had never been there before, Shlomo asked me what I needed, and stayed an extra forty-five minutes after closing time until my husband could come pick up the meat. The meat was lean and tasty, and definitely grade A. I was so impressed with the service, that I won't be caught anywhere else!
