this company is one of the best companies that i have ever had to work with. my septice system was backing up in my house i called shirley septice at 6:45 pm sunday night and there was a crew at my house within the hour. they fixed my problem by 9:30 the bill was $275 but the owner josh shirley cut it in half i love this company and reffer to all. more

Shirley Septic came to work on my septic system in Park County because it was overflowing. They charged $1300.00 to dig a hole and supposedly fix a pipe which I didn't believe, but I paid them anyway. 4 days later the system was overflowing again. I called them and asked if the work from last visit was warranty. They said they were not sure but would send someone out. 2 guys not over 19 years old came, dug a hole and said the ground was wet from too much rain this year and a lot of people have that problem and threw another $900 bill at me saying that's how much it costs for them to rent the back hoe. I refused to pay them. I should never have paid this company anything. Now they have very rude collectors calling for the second bill. I think Shirley Septic is a total rip-off company. more

I waited all day for these people. I called twice and late in the day I was told they were ""losing daylight"" and would move my appointment to another day. I waited and wasted all day. Poor communication, poor customer service. Find someone else to give your money to, I did. more

We have had our septic pumped at least 5 times over 10 years, and Shirley Septic was the first one to tell us you had to dig out the septic covers... The other companies just pumped the best they could thru the inspection pipe. Perhaps we should have known better, but I would think the professionals should have informed us!
