The studio has registration August of every year for new and returning students. Call for info 724-929-8122. Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern dance is taught. Ages 4 and up welcome. Shirley's studio offers the BEST technical dance training and dance education in the Mon Valley. Her dancers are encouraged to advance and grow. She offers classical ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, and adult classes. Ages 2 and up are welcome. Very reasonalbly priced. Recitals are yearly and optional. Costumes are reasonable too! Ms. Dean's dance resume is outstanding and extensive. Her staff is caring and committed. She provides valuable dance instruction that will last a lifetime. She has many students that have gone on pre-professionally and professionally in the dance world. Very inexpensive classes and costumes and top of the line ballet and classical jazz instruction. Advance students have perfect turn out and body alignment not to mention a beautiful line. You can tell these students have been well trained dancers. Most of her students dance with Pittsburgh Youth Ballet or at the Conservatory at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She should increase her cost of classes for the level of technique she is teaching these kids. Not a place for Hip Hop dancers or Tap dancers though. Very perfessional studio and recital.
