My husband went here to get our Dodge Caravan vacuumed. Gave the keys to the attendant, who then proceeded to LOCK THEM IN THE VAN!. Did the attendant or Tristan the manager say, ""Oh my gosh, we're so sorry!"" NO! They blamed my husband, saying that the van locked automatically. \r
\r
THE ATTENDANT LEFT THE KEYS IN THE VAN! So regardless of whether the doors locked on their own, which they didn't by the way because that isn't a feature on our van, the attendant still locked the keys in the van! \r
\r
I then had to drive all the way over there with my set of keys to unlock it, and obviously by that time both my husband and I are upset and want a refund. What does the manager Tristan say to this, ""I'm not authorized to give refunds"". So not only do they not take responsibility for their mistake, and apologize, but they also refuse to offer a refund for their shoddy service (They hadn't done anything yet by the way, other then lock the keys in the car)\r

I understand that people make mistakes, but trying to save your hide and blame the customer is absolutely the wrong thing to do, and I will NEVER go here again.
