Not HAPPY, did not receive our full refund back of $750.! We were only 2 weeks into the reception planning. POOR FOOD unless you like cold food for sampling when it was suppose to be hot. Had to go back twice, struck out the second time, unless you like lemon soaked almond crusted chicken, oh by the way, you have to upgrade to get better food- GREAT MARKETING IDEA- problem is , IT DOES NOT GET BETTER! How things were presented and what was the actual truth, was 2 different things, depending on who you talked to at the time. Good way to make an easy $100 at customer's expense!\r We finally got our $650. back, not total refund, only after we had to talk to the owner(4 different people and (at various times) 4 hrs later) and they did not do anything for this wedding outside of the food sampling to warrant keeping the $100. The owner did say he was going to give our money back, 2 days earlier, BUT CHANGED his mind! NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE / not! A man's word to another man, says a lot about the person you're dealing with! Honest review, bet it does not stay up long, owner probably can take it off the website review ! more

We held our wedding at the Shiloh on September 29, 2012 and it was phenomenal. There are very few wedding venues in the Fort Wayne area in which you can have both ceremony and reception in one place. The Annalynn Garden, which is where we had our ceremony, features a gorgeous gazebo in front of a pond with a fountain and several other water features. It makes for a stunning setting for a wedding. Our pictures are gorgeous! \r \r I have two favorite things about the reception hall: the FOOD and the neutrality of the space. I could go on and on about the food. It is amazing, delicious, fantastic, etc. We had the smothered chicken, pepper steak, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and green bean casserole, garden salad, and a fruit/veggie display. There was so much food at our reception! Also, highly recommend the Caribbean Rum Punch. Amazing! \r \r Now, I also liked the neutrality of the space. My son and his bride chose the Shiloh for their reception after visiting several other halls and one week after the wedding we are still talking about the night. The staff was awesome, the bartender was great, the DJ worked the reception like no wedding reception I have ever been to. Our guest complimented the food, the service. I had several tell me this was the nicest wedding they'd been to in a long time. My daughter who is very critical and who already had her day the year before in Ohio...stated it best. We had our reception at Shiloh last month and were extremely impressed with the service, food, pricing AND ALL THE REMODELING. \r \r I was at Shiloh several years ago and it was real dark and dingy, and the food wasn't that good. The new management has made many changes and we were all very impressed. My family owns a small restaurant chain and they couldn't believe the quality of food from a banquet buffet.\r \r They have a new garden out front with a pond and gazebo for wedding ceremonies. We were married at St Charles but we watched a wedding there a week before our reception and it was the bomb! All in one: caterer, hall, cake, dj, decorator, bartender...all very good, very professional..can have all or just some. Very clean, friendly and great food! PROS: Flexible, very accommodating, Great imagination/decorating sense CONS: Unattractive building/landscaping but they say they are improving that soon more
