My family and my self transfered in to the Sherwood eye clinic because i lost my job and did not have the double insurance that another sherwood eye clinic would take. The other clinic was also sold because of a death of the doctor, and we did not like how the care of our daughter was not being continued in the same way old DR was completing it. So with out checking online for reviews, we went to the nearest DR (Sherwood eye clinic). we were used to one doctor in office so not much of a problem there. My problem begins with our brand of contact from old doctor (which worked fine for years) was unacceptable. So we fit with new brand and three out of the four in the family had to go back because of fitting and misRX by DR. We also were offered rebates which we never received from manf. (but that is another story) I thank god did not throw out old contacts and finished using them. DR would not change the contacts even though i went back four times to have RX checked. I was told to wear them longer....it had been over three weeks using contacts and still i had blurry vision. One of my kids had same problems. He is very DRY but that is not a negative that he should be marked down for. It is just nice that somone likes to TALK to you. Also on two of the visits the front office person was not there and doctor would walk out of room to go up front.............Not going back for more even if I have to drive 25 miles.
