Finding Shepherd's Promise has been such a blessing for us. We came from another facility that we were severely unhappy with, and could not have been more pleased with the staff, curriculum and overall sense of happiness that we found at SP. Our children are so loved, and that means the world to us. They are learning new things every day and it's awesome to see how much their minds grow from spending every day with the teachers at SP. I know that we made the right decision for our family when we started at Shepherd's Promise, and our only regret has been not finding it soone more

Shepherd's Promise is a blessing to my 2 daughters. My oldest has been going there for 4 years. In the time that she has been there we have seen have blossom academically and socially. The staff and teachers at the facility work diligently to make learning fun and challeging. The children are always given the attention that they need in any situation. The staff continuously comes up with creative activities for the children that encourage them to excel academically. These activities also reinforce positive values. \r \r The environment at the facilty is very positive and you can feel the difference when you walk in the door. You and your children are always greeted warmly. If you are in search of a facility that truly cares for your childen and their development then you need not look any further. Shepherd's Promise is the place that you are looking for more

Shepherd's Promise has been a blessing to my family. I was feeling guilty of going back to work, but they made it so much easier and took the guilt away. The teachers and staff are wonderful and nurturing and I never am worried about my children while I am at work. Our son has been at Shepherds Promise for 2.5 years and will be starting kindergarten in the fall. Although the center has gone through a rough patch with changes in leadership, the current staff has done a good job with getting things back on track. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend Shepherds Promise to others. more

extra effort 3/27/2011

We have 2 children at Shepherd's Promise. Our oldest has been at the center since it started. We love the extra effort they give to the children every day. Our daughter enjoys the sweetheart ball every February, she gets a special night with her dad. more

Love this daycare 1/19/2011

We can't brag enough about Shepherd's Promise. We knew we had the best daycare from day one. There's a warm and friendly staff, extremely clean facilities, wonderful learning programs and great free extras, such as Parents' Night Out once a month, a Fall Festival, Field Day and a Valentine's Day dance. The most important thing is that everyone cares about our kids and takes excellent care of them. We are so thankful for Shepherd's Promise. more

best daycare around 1/14/2011

my daughter has been going to shepherd's promise since she was 12 weeks old (she's now almost 2) and it is by far the cleanest facility we had researched. The teacher/student ratios are lower than other local day cares too. I feel that my child gets the attention she needs/deserves and her teachers love her like I do! Everyone knows her name and interact with her, even if they aren't her current teacher. We wouldnt go anywhere else! more

The Best Daycare 1/14/2011

So you are looking for a daycare and do not know where to turn. We have experienced some of the worst that Pelham/Alabaster has to offer, and finding Shepherd's Promise has been a BLESSING! The staff is nurturing, caring, and full of energy. I am amazed at how happy my kids are. My daughter even cried this week when she could not go to school because of the snow delays. From the extra activities they offer for the kids, to the special things they do for the parents, Shepherd's Promise has it all. I highly recommend this to any parent looking for a wonderful place for your kids to go to school. more

Great Daycare! 1/14/2011

We have had our 2 kids attend Shepherd's Promise since they were 6 weeks old. The staff is very friendly, excellent with children and really nurture the development of your kids. The facility is very clean and well maintained which was important for us in choosing a school. We have really enjoyed the last 4 years at this school and so have our kids. more

Love it!!! 1/14/2011

We love Shepherd's Promise!! Our daughter has been there for two years and has been in three classes with each one exceeding the next. She loves her teachers and can not wait to play with all her friends each day. There are some days that it's hard to get her to leave she's having so much fun. The teachers are very caring and actually teach the kids. Everyone is so professional and if any concerns should arise they are taken care of at once. We think so much of this school that even when we moved from Pelham to Hwy 280 that we did not want to take her out, instead we drive the extra 30 or more minutes out of the way. more

Awesome Child Care! 1/14/2011

My child has been going to Shepherds Promise for 2 years and I could not be more pleased. She has learned so much from the instructors there. She comes home and recites the alphabet, counting, singing etc.She enjoys going to school and the different activities they provide. The professionalism of the staff at Shepherds Promise is beyond what you expect from a daycare. more

We love Shepherd's Promise because they are so caring and wanting to make sure they meet every kids need. My child has been going here since she was two she will be going to elementary school in the fall I think that Shepherd's Promise has help prepare her for that and you just can't get that everywhere. more

Loving and Caring Center 1/13/2011

My child has attended this center for almost 4 years. We absolutely love it. It is a clean, safe, fun environment. My child loves going to school and loves to learn! I would recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the area. The teachers keep me informed on my child's progress. I can't say enough positives about this place. It is a blessing to us! more

I would highly recommend Shepherds promise to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly and educational environment. Our son loves the teachers and staff and so do we. I am a Nana of two great kids that attend Shepherd's Promise. Shepherd's Promise is a wonderful and caring daycare. The children are learning wholesome and wonderful Bible truths about God and our world around us. They are getting a wonderful foundation there which will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We are very comfortable and blessed to know that the children are being taken care of very well! This is by far the best daycare around. more

Look No Further 1/12/2011

Many parents know what they want from a daycare facility; loving teachers, a great curriculum, a nurturing environment, and many more traits. Many parents find that the daycare they originally selected is not what was presented to them upon interviewing the director and touring the facility. Many parents are nervous about moving their children to another facility for fear of *more of the same*. If you find yourself in this predicament, worry no more. Shepherd?s Promise is more than you could want for your child(ren). The teachers are well versed in their profession and it shows each day when I take my children to the Center. They are excited to come to school; excited for what their teacher has planned for them to learn and experience that day. We?ve seen the ?other? daycare facilities and we?ve seen Shepherd?s Promise. And we are looking no further. more

Best Daycare Around 1/11/2011

Shepherd's Promise is a wonderful daycare. I have two children who have attended for a little over a 1 1/2 years. They both love going to ""school"" everyday. I love knowing that when I drop them off they will be well cared for and are being prepared for school. The staff is great and very attentive to each child and parents need. I am surprised and amazed everyday at the new things my children learn. I am very pleased and would recommend Shepherd's Promise to everyone. more

The Best in Childcare 1/9/2011

Shepherd's Promise has been the daycare for my daughter since moving from transition care offered by my work. My daughter absolutely loves it. On the weekends she even wants to go to ""Big Class."" My husband and I feel that she is getting the learning skills and people skills she will need in the future. All the teachers are very attentive and compassionate. We are so glad we found them.... more
