Good: i liked the customer service before anything else. Tammy was a darling and had answers to all my questions. Believe me i had alot this was my first time moving. I liked that the movers also had knowledge of what they were doing, even gave me so tips on a few things. They were great.. Bad: i didnt like the fact that they forgot a few blankets in the old house. it took a week for me to get back in there to return the blankets. but they worked all day in the scorching heat. It was ok to forget that one little detail.. Improvements: well any improvements if needed, i would say remember to wipe your feet before entering a home.. Other: these guys were fantastic. both my husband and I were in awe about how fast they got this move done and I loved the detailed packing of my fragiles. Thank you guys. These guys are the worst.Take your credit card for deposit,ask for a simple email and don't respond to you in anyway.Asked for very simple things-The price I was quoted-HR Rate-and must important what I was being charged for the deposit.They could not provide me these simplest of things.,than said they would mail it out.waited a week and nothing!Finally emailed this guy Elvin who was assisting me in this,the next email was full of slanders and told me to call back this guy Avi for a refund.I've been trying back and they tell me he is not available and on a phone call,I've waited 4 hours and nothing back!I'm presently trying to cancel my move,and these people have my credit card and I can not get a call back.Yuck more
