use to be a great place. the new managment/owners are the worst. they are unknowledgable, inconsiderate and seem have no motivation to make an effort to appreciate business .. i will not be going back to this place ever... cheap, inconsiderate and terrible customer service.. this was a great mom and pops in the past ... no idea waht happend i will take my money and business somewhere else even though in the past this was a more reasonably priced honest place for service more

Total lack of customer service! 11/13/2010

I had the worst experience trying to rent a U-Haul van at this location. Was told by one employee pick was any time after 7:30; arrived at 8:00 and was told I had to wait until 9:00 ""when U-Haul opened"", and when I got upset was told U-Haul was wasting their time; At 9:00 the computers were down according to the 2 employees milling around, and I ended up having to drive several miles out of my way to rent a van from another location. more
