I would like for you to come back in for another massage, I take extreme pride in my massages and passion for healing. I am sorry that you felt your massage was inadequate. Please call the shop 662-7637, I will make sure you get a discounted price to rectify the issue. Please, for next time you get a massage communicate well with your therapist to ensure you get the best treatment possible. And make sure we are looking at the same clock, bc I would never intentionally shorten a massage. This was my first time here and I went for a 90 minutes massage. Sometimes sessions run over and I understand that. I had to wait 30 minutes for my massage. It wasn't that bad, but every 5 minutes someone would tell me it would be just a moment. The masseuse came and shook my hand and said hi, then left again for 10 minutes. It will be just a moment! The massage itself was ok. They spent to much time on the area I said I had tension and barely seemed to get to the legs and arms. In 90 minutes there should be more then 2 minutes spent on your feet. They didn't really massage the bottoms of my feet at all. Sometimes a knot is best left alone if you are hurting the patient trying to get it out. My biggest complaint would be that I didn't receive my 90 minutes. I've always understood it is from the first touch is when the clock starts. I went into the room at 35 after the hour and changed and layed down. I love Shear Magic, plain and simple, they are all talented stylists, the staff is always warm and welcoming, and in general it is a fun and inviting atmosphere, best bang for you buck, cause they are always running specials, and the stylists in there are amazing, and should be celebrity stylists... see Renee or Natalie, in my opinion they are the best. never had a complaint... \r \r would recommend this place to anyone... more

I have been a customer for the past two years at Shear Magic and I will NEVER go back there again. I use to have really short hair and decided to grow it out. After 6 months my hair was finally all one length. I went in, told the girl what I wanted....bring the back up so it's even with my sides and trim my bangs. What I walked out with was short on the sides, in the back and layers all over. In fact, on one side I had a upside down "V" cut into it. After 6 months of growing it out, I was completely devastated and sobbing as to why this girl had cut my hair like that. I wrote her a letter and the owner to let them know that I was disatisfied and never coming back, they never acknowledged my letter or returned my money. STAY AWAY FROM SHEAR MAGIC! Cost Cutters would have been better than going there! more
