crankshaft position sensor 8/1/2017

The maintenance lights went on in our Venza so we took it to shawnee. When they told me it was the crankshaft position sensor and that it was a major job requiring disassembling the entire engine, I did not hesitate to give the go ahead. The next day I was able to google and learn about this part and where it was located. I gave the go ahead because of the total trust I have in the folks at shawnee. they have always been upfront in what car maintenance I need and more importantly what I don't need. more

I have referred Shawnee many times. They not only tell you what needs to be fixed. They let you know how it can be done cheaply or whether you need a certain service. They have also fixed many items without charge, i.e. a loose wire. more

I get great service and they ae always ready to accomadate me no matter when I come. 4/7/2017

Had one issue on my last visit I had work performed on my vehicle that I had not requested (but needed) which made my bill larger than I had budgeted. Just ask that in future let me know if charges are going to be added for work completed that I did not request. more
