Quality service for years 9/11/2017

Friendly, honest people who perform a variety of high quality repairs. I have never had to go back to them for a "redo" for any work they have done on any of our cars. At present, that is car count is approximately 7-8 cars over almost 20 years. more

I got off on bad footing with Dennis but it all worked out in the end. I feel that Dennis tries very hard to be a good customer service person but was somewhat overwhelmed which I got caught up in with my car. He needs to listen to what the customer is asking! Excellent service 8/19/2017

I am alway very pleased with the service at Shawnee. They care for their customers and are always very helpful. I went in recently as I had a turning signal light out and needed new windshield wipers. They took care of my car right then and there and I was out in 5 minutes. Very happy to have found this world class mechanic shop. more
