Shawnee came out to do some work at my house and the whole process went very well. I couldn't be more pleased with how things went and they did great work.

Our Circuit Board went out in our furnace. The part was $100 on line. We were charged $570. The service man wasn't even here 40 minutes. Felt like we were totally ripped off.

I moved into a new house and the A/C quit about 2 weeks after that. I wasnt really ready for the cost but it needed to be done. I called around and even asked a few people about who to use and a few of them said Shawnee. Well I am glad I called them because the instal went great and they have had great customer service this far. more

Shawnee replaced a couple of parts on my AC unit for me and they did a great job. Pricing was okay, and they got the job done within a fair amount of time. In the end, I was satisfied with the work that Shawnee completed for me. more

When my heat pump went out I thought the whole system was dead. Shawnee came over and had a much cheaper solution. Other companies wouldn?t even look at it and insisted I needed a new unit. Shawnee did a few simple repairs and the heat pump works well again. I am very happy with their service and price. more

Shawnee Heating & Cooling is a great dealer. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very willing to answer all of my questions. The workmen that installed they system were the most courteous I have ever had at my house. The whole experience was very positive. I did get three estimates before getting the system and I am certain I selected the best dealer. more

VERY satisfied 5/9/2011

The Shawnee Heating & Cooling technician came to perform routine, annual checkup and cleaning. He found CO2 levels too high and cracks in our furnace unit. He explained everything, turned off the gas for our safety & promptly put us in touch with a salesperson. The salesperson was prompt, informative, presented several options and saw that the new furnace and upgraded heat pump were quickly installed. I am very satisfied with the whole process & all of the people. more

Very Happy 4/14/2011

My neighbor had his entire system replaced about a week before I replaced my entire system. He used a different brand, a different installer and has already had them back to his house four or five times due to problems with the new system. I could not be happier with both product and the dealer/installer. Thank you! more

Don't Use 1/20/2011

They did all my HVAC work on my new house. In a matter of 6 years. I've had to replace an A-coil and now a Heat Exchange. It's cost me over $2,000 and the house isn't even 7 years old. These guys obviously don't know what they are doing. more
