This place was great when we used them for my parents house. They were easy to deal with and did a great thorough and professional job.

Our Circuit Board went out in our furnace. The part was $100 on line. We were charged $570. The service man wasn't even here 40 minutes. Felt like we were totally ripped off.

Very Happy 4/14/2011

My neighbor had his entire system replaced about a week before I replaced my entire system. He used a different brand, a different installer and has already had them back to his house four or five times due to problems with the new system. I could not be happier with both product and the dealer/installer. Thank you! more

Don't Use 1/20/2011

They did all my HVAC work on my new house. In a matter of 6 years. I've had to replace an A-coil and now a Heat Exchange. It's cost me over $2,000 and the house isn't even 7 years old. These guys obviously don't know what they are doing. more

Very happy with service 12/16/2008

I called with for help with my furnace and they sent a service tech within 2 hours. I live 30 miles outside KC metro and was surprised with their response time. Technician knew what was wrong and had my heat on in 30 minutes. Kevin at the office as well as Mark the technician were very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company. more

Expensive at 1/2 the price 7/10/2006

A guy came out and literally spent 5 minutes. Charged $116 for a $50 part and a $79 "delivery fee."\r \r A/C units aren't complex machines. I suggest DIY for those with a three digit IQ.\r \r Apparently Lennox (new home) only warrants their parts for 1 yr. With that kind of confidence in their product, I will replace with something a little more substantial. PROS: It worked CONS: Typical "cowboy" contractor rates and markup more
