This place was great when we used them for my parents house. They were easy to deal with and did a great thorough and professional job.

Our Circuit Board went out in our furnace. The part was $100 on line. We were charged $570. The service man wasn't even here 40 minutes. Felt like we were totally ripped off.

The professional service they provide is definitely worth twice the price. The technicians are very clean and always courteous to me and my family. It is a pleasure to have them here because I know the problem will be solved. more

I moved into a new house and the A/C quit about 2 weeks after that. I wasnt really ready for the cost but it needed to be done. I called around and even asked a few people about who to use and a few of them said Shawnee. Well I am glad I called them because the instal went great and they have had great customer service this far. more

Shawnee replaced a couple of parts on my AC unit for me and they did a great job. Pricing was okay, and they got the job done within a fair amount of time. In the end, I was satisfied with the work that Shawnee completed for me. more

Shawnee just did a full system install recently. The whole process was easy and orchestrated beautifully. We chose them because they had the best bid that wasn't clearly a low ball offer to get me signed up. They did the job in a short amount of time and made sure it works perfect. more

north pole at my house! 8/15/2011

The problem I had is long gone! My a/c unit was not blowing any cold air at all. It was just moving the hot air around the house. One call took care of that and If I had known that it could get that cold in MY house I would have got a jacket too. I love it! more

Lifesavers! 6/17/2011

I smelled gas by our furnace downstairs and I called these guys. They were nice over the phone and told me about some things I could check but I asked for someone to come out and look at it. The tech did come out an hour later and said there was a loose fitting that need to be tightened. He did that and told me to have a great day, no charge. I was so thankful and I will always use them for anything I need. more

When my heat pump went out I thought the whole system was dead. Shawnee came over and had a much cheaper solution. Other companies wouldn?t even look at it and insisted I needed a new unit. Shawnee did a few simple repairs and the heat pump works well again. I am very happy with their service and price. more

After a hot summer with a broken A/C I decided to do something about it this year. I made a call to Shawnee and a tech came out to check out my unit. He said I probably should think about a new unit, (because of the age) but didn?t try to make me buy one. He said he could do a few things and it would probably last a while longer. It was very cheap and took care of the problem for now. I?ll be calling them when it does come time for a new unit. more

The workmen that installed they system were the most courteous I have ever had at my house. The whole experience was very positive. VERY satisfied 5/9/2011

The Shawnee Heating & Cooling technician came to perform routine, annual checkup and cleaning. He found CO2 levels too high and cracks in our furnace unit. He explained everything, turned off the gas for our safety & promptly put us in touch with a salesperson. The salesperson was prompt, informative, presented several options and saw that the new furnace and upgraded heat pump were quickly installed. I am very satisfied with the whole process & all of the people. more

I actually chose Shawnee Heating & Cooling over the less expensive installer. I was willing to pay extra to have Shawnee install for me, and the quality speaks wonders. more
