Pawn shops kind of have a bad reputation (and rightfully so, in many cases). Shawnee Auto & Pawn squashes that notion with very good service; not just for a pawn shop, but any bus...

Sold some of parent's old gold jewelry - got more than cash 4 gold offered and a jewelry buyer in overland park. Not great for buying, but I recommend for selling/pawning. more

surprisingly great experience 10/21/2010

i was apprehensive at first when i found a car from these guys online that i liked. used car dealers give me the willy's to begin with, but they had a car that i really wanted from the moment i saw it online. i went in expecting the same usual car salesman that annoy you and give you a hard time, but these guys were very laid back and took care of me within a day or two. highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good car in the kansas city area, and wants to avoid the annoying dealers. more
