He offer GREAT Advice. answered ALL of my crazy and concerning questions to the best of his knowledge, I NEVER had to wait more then 5minutes to see the doctor, his staff was AMAZING!! (the girls are so nice sweet and FUNNY!), Dr. Shaw likes to make sure his patience are taken care of properly and are happy. During my pregnancy and when i was in labor and after delivery Dr. Shaw Was the BEST Doctor EVER!! And I felt like I received first class service and even felt like a Celebrity :-)) I've recommended ALL my friends and family to him and they all feel the same way! Dr. Dharma is an outstanding physician. As a nurse I have worked with her for years at the hospital and have found her to be one of the best clinicians I have had the privilege to work with. She is very dedicated to her patients and works tirelessly to provide the best care possible. With any medical condition or procedure there are always risks involved. For instance, infections will occur in a small percentage of patients after deliveries. The good news is that the infection can be easily treated with antibiotics. Most physicians try very hard to provide good care but problems still occur occasionally not because something was done wrong, but just because that is the nature of the practice of medicine.\r \r When my daughter was pregnant, I insisted that she use Dr. Dharma becuase I knew she would be in good hands. more

complications with childbirth care before and after deliverry especially with younger patients. my daughter had dr, darma and when it was time for delivery we found out she no longer welcome to drliver at our hospital because of some unknown reason. my friend daughter had dr, dharma deliver her baby, cut her all jagged down below, she got an infection, had to go down to get proper care to fix all the mistakes made. one of my daughter friends used dr. dharma and almost lost her baby. strange all of these cases were not very i portant after damages wrer done. to bad doctors are afraid to testify and help these girls. I looked at that site and after going to 15 different pages you find out that it says that she has had no mal - practice suits and no discipline action taken by the TX medical board EVER! Don't forget that those are only ALLEGATIONS! We all know that government agencies NEVER bark up the wrong tree or make mistakes! Ha! That is the only clinic that i have been to that seemed to really care about me and know what the heck they was doing. No matter what question I would ask them they always have an answer. been goin to this doc for about a year. she is nice and most of the staff is nice. usually get an apoinment when i want but have to wait. Pros: get appt anytime Cons: wait time more

some times you have to wait, but the good thing is that they are open later in the evening tat the other doctosw and they are also open o n saturdays which is good for me becuzse i have trouble getting off work unless it is an emergency. i used to not have to wiat to see my old doctor but he was not very nice and sometimes he was rough. i guess that's why he wasn't that busy. the staff is friendly at this clinic but they don't have a play area for the kids so sometimes it was noisy in the waiting room. Dr. Shaw used to be in Mesquite where he won some award for being the best doctor. more

Dr kayla dharma is very good. she delivered all three of my babies. i would recomment her to anyone! the clinis is not fancy but it has been cleand and neat when we was there. more

I have gone to this doctor for the last ten years. A very good, caring, and excellent physician. I was in her office the other day and I found her staff was friendly, the office was clean and I was well taken care off. She has a diverse patient base and she treats all of them with respect and empathy. Pros: very caring more

this is the worst clinic i have ever been to. there is always a wait time of over an hour. Dr. dhrama only sees you for about five minutes. Dr. Shaw should just retire he is just clueless. the bloodpressure room is really a storage closet. the waiting room is always packed to maximum capacity. the Dr.s don't remember any of the patients. they basically are the worst clinic in Dallas to choose. This MD needs to be out of business! I have seen things as a nurse that have horrified me. She needs to loose her medical license and be criminally prosecuted. She does not care about her patients and takes risks that are against the welfare of her patients. Cons: Bad MD more

SHE RUSHED THE C-SECTION AND SHOVED EVERYTHING BACK INTO ME SO IN THE LONG RUN MY UTERUS AND OVARYS WERE TANGLED UP IN MY INTESTINES HAD NUMEROUS ADHESIONS WHICH CAUSED INFERTILITY FOR 8YRS. I have to agree with 09/09/2008 Posted by lavender1978, about the office staff.\r \r My wife called yesterday to setup an appointment with the Dr. and a staff member told her to come in today at 9:30am. My wife and I showed up to the office, and no one was there the place was still closed..... I was appalled and angry that someone working for a Dr. would blatantly lie to my wife. Making me and her waist time and gas to go to the office when no one was there. I called today and spoke to a staff member, I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor, but she told me no one was available. She took down my phone number and told me someone will call me right back.\r \r I'm really disgusted on how this Dr. staff treats it clients. I'm really going to have to convince my wife to find someone else, after this, I don't think I will have to work hard to. more

She is a good doctor, but the office staff, well the majority of them bite. Getting the girl who answers the front part to understand what you are saying is truly irritating, and then having to wait in the lobby for some time is not cool. I hardly ever get to see the doctor which is a big, BIG issue with me. I have been waiting on test results and left a voicemail with the answering serivce at 2 pm and then again at 410 pm, and the girl who does the answering service rudley told me to stop leaving messages as she didnt send them till 430 pm. So once i get my flipping test results I will be on to another GYN. I dont like being treated like a cow in a pen ready to be herded in and out of the barn. This doctor is not the same as she was when she first started practicing. Time and money change everyone, in my opinion it is about the money now and not the customer service. I'd rather see her NP rather than her. That's bad. Pros: great doctor when you can get anyone to return your phone calls, Cons: office staff is disorganized and answering service is extremely rude. more

The office in Lancaster, TX is the most disorganized place I've ever seen in my life. They have a large clientel but do not have the staff to accommondate this many people. They are open from 3-5 and its always crowded there. They give you an ""appointment time"" but in my opinion, that's just a generic time slot. You may be sitting there for an hour before you're seen. MAD HOUSE! .......BUT A VERY VERY VERY GOOD Doctor. Pros: Parking is not a problem, Dr Dharma is WONDERFUL Cons: Wait time is RIDICULOUS. more
