She is a good doctor, but the office staff, well the majority of them bite. Getting the girl who answers the front part to understand what you are saying is truly irritating, and then having to wait in the lobby for some time is not cool. I hardly ever get to see the doctor which is a big, BIG issue with me. I have been waiting on test results and left a voicemail with the answering serivce at 2 pm and then again at 410 pm, and the girl who does the answering service rudley told me to stop leaving messages as she didnt send them till 430 pm. So once i get my flipping test results I will be on to another GYN. I dont like being treated like a cow in a pen ready to be herded in and out of the barn. This doctor is not the same as she was when she first started practicing. Time and money change everyone, in my opinion it is about the money now and not the customer service. I'd rather see her NP rather than her. That's bad.
Pros: great doctor when you can get anyone to return your phone calls,
Cons: office staff is disorganized and answering service is extremely rude.
