Helpful in my Time of Need 2/8/2011

The first time I was here was under very unfortunate circumstances, a few years ago my brother and I were hit from the side by a truck at an intersection not far from the Shattuck facility. We asked for the nearest place to tow the car and someone told us that this place was just a few blocks down. We called and they were most helpful. Got the car towed and hitched a ride from a friend. My brother and I emphasized to Shattuck that our car was our only method of transportation apart from the public system. They were very sympathetic to our needs and hurried the repair process along. It was fortunate for us that we had friends in Berkeley to let us stay until we could get the car fixed. These guys were great and they will always have my respect for the help that they gave me when I needed it most. more

Matched paint perfectly 2/4/2011

This is my first time I've been to Shattuck Auto, I found them on Google Maps. I was rear ended and needed some body work. A little frame work, new rear bumper, and a dent removed from the rear quarter panel. First I made sure they would work with the other drivers insurance and they did and from there it was all good. They provided the tow to the shop and had a rental car set up for me. Customer service was great and most importantly my car was fixed when they said it would be and looked great, couldn't tell anything had happened, matched paint perfectly. I hope I don't need collision repair again but if i do I'm going back to Shattuck Auto Collision Center. more
