While in the parking garage at my office, a foreign substance I believe to be liquid concrete was dripped all over the hood of my car. I worked like crazy to get the substance off myself using the typical dawn/soap, etc. After a lot of elbow grease, I was sick to my stomach and fearing a new hood would be needed. The owner of Sharonville Car Wash personally oversaw the buffing/waxing of what I thought was a hopeless cause. I am not exaggerating when I say the person who does that work is nothing less than a miracle worker. There are still some minor issues where the concrete took off the paint (not the fault of Sharonville Car Wash - went into the car wash with the problem), but I'm not kidding when I say that the unfocused eye wouldn't even notice. I can't say enough nice things about the owner, the hard-working staff and the service/attitude. And...this is a small business owner. Support this business because they support their customers!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! more

I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasn't his fault. I talked to the owner (whom I had to wait an hour for) and he said that it was not his fault but he had no clue either how this happened. I told them that the machine that cleans the rims have metal in them and it had to be that. The employee told me (in front of the owner) that I was a lier. I express my unhappiness about that to the owner and he said I was a lier also. I have NEVER complained about ANY company before, but then, I have never had anything this bad happen to me and the company not fix. I have pictures to prove it. I will NEVER go back to them again. And I suggest that no one goes there. Not only did I get about $800 worth of damage, I also got called a lier. Very disrespectful. I should have checked them out on the internet before I went there. If I did I would have seen that a lot of people have problems with them. more

when i first went to the car wash, i thought it was the best, but each time i went back, they did a worse job, the interior work is very poor now, and the last time i was there, the right front wheel on my f-150 was not touched, i guess i should have done a walk-around, but when the price is 22.50 and the tip is 5 dollars, i think that should not be needed. more

Located in Sharonville, this car wash is very close to intersection of Route 42 & I275. Voted Best Car wash several times. Normally the wait is manageable and definitely worth the full service, wash & vacuum. Coupons can be found on-line at valpak.com or in the valpak mailer. The guys that dry your car off and clean the interior work for tips. Be sure to have a dollar or two with you. more
