Well I literally live right next door to Sharon's, and even getting charged their full SERVICE fee's I never complained because I was typically happy with their service. Well in Oct. 2010, I was told I needed a new furnace. So after much calling, research, etc I decided to give Sharon's my business because of the Rheem rebates, incentives, etc. I was advised by their person Becky that she had to complete the rebates (though I asked what I needed to submit for them). Because I'm so ANAL, I don't expect ppl to do their jobs right, but I left it alone. I did get my consumers rebate. But not the Rheem, which was $400.00. I contacted Sharon's to follow up and was advised at that time that I WAS suppose to submit for it. WELL WHERE was this documented? or advised...I"M SO TICKED Off...I attempted and gave Becky almost 2months to resolve this, but I kept getting the blow off, "Promised" return calls that were never returned.
