WHOOA We had so much fun! I prefer my own skates but my friend was from out of town and had to rent hers, and she said they worked out fine. It was like old times! We checked...

Why not skate where the Sharks skate?!! They have 2 rinks here, don't know if they ever open up both to the public. There is a section reserved for

pau full price for session even if you skate 5 min of it (2 hours) 12/29/2010

I came to a lot of ice scatting rings at different states. This one is the worth by providing customer service. If you come at time between the session (2 hours), like we came 30 min before the session was over. They ask us to pay full price for that 2 hours session (even if 30 min left). Then if you decide to stay another session, you need to come and pay again. I talked to the management and ask, can I just pay 1/4 of the price of 1 session, since we only will be on ice for 30 min, we had been told "NO". We need to pay full price, even if we will skate 5 min. This is rules. The manager also mention that I am the only one person who complained about those rules. When I checked the review on internet - I found similar complains. If you are the person who would like to pay money for service not fully provided - this place is for you. I would look for another location (in San Jose) with management rules which will not "rip you off". more

Logitech ice rink Special needs 10/11/2008

no respect for parents or children of special needs by the Co ordinator who obviously doesnt like his job. To quote. " im not getting paid for this'. How does an arrogant, rude person get to work with people, let alone in a special needs program. also, the special needs program needs 2 rinks- so that people are not cramped. Corporate sponsors should be aware of less than friendly attitude of management and its staff to say the least An ice rink with low quality service more

logitech 9/30/2008

I would recommend it because it has large ice rinks, and benches are pretty comfortable. There is an arcade. I would not recommend it for beginners because fast skaters zoom by you which makes you loose balance. more

Figure Skating Lessons 6/28/2006

We were forced to start using the figure skating program at Logitech Ice when the city of San Jose allowed the demolition of the Eastridge Ice Arena. It is clear that the management of Logitech Ice is not at all interested in providing a high quality service to people looking to receive figure skating lessons. Logitech Ice is clearly geared toward ice hockey. I believe that the rink is run by the same organization that runs the San Jose Sharks Hockey Team. The figure skating program at Eastridge did not have the San Jose Sharks to fall back on, so they had to respond to the needs of the general public who used their facility; that is what I believe is the root of the issue with the figure skating program at Logitech Ice. Today (6/28/2006) an Ice Dancing class was scheduled to begin. After driving through commute traffic to sign up and attend the initial session, the staff announced that the initial session had been postponed two weeks. It was clear that this message had not gotten to many others, including people who had already signed up and paid for the class. The staff was not at all apologetic for this situation. Note that the Logitech Ice website had not been updated to include this updated information today. It is apparent that the people who establish the schedules for the figure skating lessons do not take into account any scheduled competitions, holidays or any other special events when they prepare the schedule. more

Near Happy Hollow 8/17/2005

This ice complex now has 3 skating rinks NHL size. The San Jose Sharks practice here and if you're lucky, you'll get to see them. Their ice is really good and it's a great place for children's birthday parties, though they just set up tables in an area away from the ice (no separate room). They have public skating everyday and if you're a serious skater, I totally recommend this place over Vallco. more
