I recently just purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Shannon Motors. I normally hate the car buying process, but my salesmen was very helpful and the finance manager was very informative which made this by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw this gorgeous car on the lot one day after driving home from work and I knew I had to have it. I came in at 9am on Saturday morning and they were able to help me right away. I test drove my dream car and fell in love. From there they approved me quickly and before I knew it was was signing my papers and driving away. I am very happy with my purchase and I will be telling everyone I know to drive down to Shannon Motors and deal with Paul and Scott. Thank you guys again!!! more

Can't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else. Prior to coming into Shannon Motors, I had been to 3 other dealer ships looking for the exact Nissan Murano I wanted. I was searching and searching and finally I came across one I was interested on Shannon Motors Website. I went into the Johnston location and I fell in love. Mike O from Warwick location is FANTASTIC. The other people running the Johnston location, not so much. The tires were bald and failed inspection and they refused to replace them. The guy from service is horrible. He's rude and speaks to you like you're an idiot. If you're going to buy a car from them have it checked by your own mechanic first!!! more

I purchased a car from shannon motors in Johnston at the advise of my friend who was on his 2nd purchase there. After being with another local ""buy here pay here dealer, i was thrilled to go to a dealership that offered better than junks to their customers with bad credit. I'm glad I didnt listen to the reviews because i would have missed out on getting a good car and probably wouldnt have a job today. Dont listen to the reviews, see for yourself, they sell hundreds of cars and its sad that the few unhappy customers are the only ones that write reviews. thats why i decided to write a good one. more

Two years ago, my husband purchased a pick up truck from Carmine. We had excellent credit and the vehicle was great. This year, my husband lost his job and my van died. We went back to Carmine. He treated us with the same respect as before, didn't judge our financial status. Our credit was shot. Carmine sold me another van. We love it!! The kids watch the CD player and I am building my credit back up at the same time!!!! It's not a brand new vehicle, it has bumps and thumps just like my credit. But it gets me where I have to go!! Thank you Carmine. For those of you who have chosen a 12 year old vehicle and expect a new vehicle, it just doesn't happen that way. This is our second purchase from Shannon Motors and there were plenty of good, decent vehicles to choose from. I have never seen a junk on that lot. When you have bad credit as I do, do not expect to drive off in a Mercedes. You can only get what you qualify for. Luckily, Shannon Motors reports to the Credit Bureau so as you pay you are rebuilding your credit so in the future you will be able to buy that Mercedes.
