George came out on Memorial Day, what a pro, diagnosed the problem and within minutes I was back on air conditioning. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Shanklin. You guys set the bar high. more

Knowledgeable and friendly service 1/29/2018

After experiencing a furnace failure last winter, I contracted Shanklin Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC to repair the furnace and perform biannual furnace and central air conditioner tune-ups. All three visits by their service techs have been straightforward and easy to follow. All the techs including the latest, William Brison, were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if you seek peace of mind over your furnace and air conditioner. more

William B.was a Phenominal tech. This was the most detailed fall checkup I've ever had on my furnace. As my furnace is on the elder side Will was also very informative in reviewing my options going forward.This type of visit from a new company to me would definitely create referrals from me and will be my first choice when selecting a new system. more

Rheem Furnace Warranty Repair 11/15/2017

Jared, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable when troubleshooting the malfunctioning control board. Not only did he properly diagnose the situation and repair, but he completely removed my fears that the issues were caused by too high of static pressure. The high static pressure concerns were discussed by two previous HVAC contractors. Jared thoroughly tested and explained the reasons why this was not an issue. Jared was a pleasure to have repair the furnace. I personally learned so much technical info from him during the call. Shanklin Heating should feel blessed to have such an asset! more

Yearly Maintenance Check of both Air Conditioner & Furnace was completed thoroughly. I was also informed of future changes that will take place in air conditioner refrigerant that I was unaware of. Overall great service. more
