Jared, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable when troubleshooting the malfunctioning control board. Not only did he properly diagnose the situation and repair, but he completely removed my fears that the issues were caused by too high of static pressure. The high static pressure concerns were discussed by two previous HVAC contractors. Jared thoroughly tested and explained the reasons why this was not an issue. Jared was a pleasure to have repair the furnace. I personally learned so much technical info from him during the call. Shanklin Heating should feel blessed to have such an asset!
