The next time you are in a mood for chinese food, this restaurant is a good combination for the western patron. The wait-staff are American, but the kitchen staff are asian. The restaurant has some good won-ton soup... better than even many places in HongKong; and the crispy duck hong-kong style is highly recommended. For the typical American tastebuds, all the typical American-style chinese food is available as well. The decor and ambience are very nice -- a unique blend of chinese and contemporary american... possibly even a good chance to learn something about chinese culture or history if you ask the right questions. ;-)
