We had booked our dog into this kennel while we were traveling 12 days. When I arrived to drop the dog off, during their drop-off hours, no one was there. I tried calling them on my cell phone but no one answered. Luckily we were able to find another kennel (that very day) and they had space for our dog. We have never used Shamrock again and they never called to explain why no one was there for us to drop our dog off. This was 3 or 4 years ago, but seeing the other negative reviewe reminded me of our own bad experience. more

We contacted the Shamrock Kennels by phone a few times, before deciding to take our dog to them to spend a few days. The quote that was given to us over the phone was $51 and when we got to the kennel it was $50+ more than we what we were told over the phone. After we explained that your son provided us with the quote yesterday - the owner choose to let us leave- with no regrets. To top it off the kennel was very dirty and our dog would be lying in his own feces for the entire weekend. We took our dog to the PetsMart Hotel in which he has stayed before, and overall the price is a little more but the cleanliness is worth it. \r \r If you don't care about honesty, integrity and cleanliness then take your dog to the Shamrock Kennels in Dublin, Ohio. Pros: That our dog isn't there Cons: Dishonest, Dirty and overall could have cared less more
