In a business that is completely focused on customer service, this establishment did not put a good foot forward.\r

As a first time customer, I dropped off a leather coat for a new zipper and cleaning on 3/23. I prepaid the entire amount of the work. The work was promised to be completed on 4/8, 16 days later, after 4:30. When I came in to pick it up, I was told that it was not available until tomorrow. When I asked why, I was told that the person who does the leather cleaning changed his delivery time and it would not be available until the next day. When I asked when this was known, the employee stated that he changed this the prior week. I asked why, since all my phone information was taken when I dropped off the coat, could I not have been contacted so I would not go out of my way to the store.
