Wonderful customer service! 7/11/2006

I love Shaffner's because I had a flat tire about 2 months ago and they were very friendly and helpful in finding me a new tire as soon as possible. I went to purchase a tire from Shaffner's after a flat tire. My car is new and Shaffner's didn't have my tire on hand. They called other tire services in the area and no one had a tire either. They ordered a tire for me and gave me a tire that I could use for my up-coming weekend while on vacation. They fixed the tire when it came in. There prices were very reasonable and lower than most places in town. They also let me use the spare tire for free all weekend! PROS: Great service CONS: On a side road and maybe difficult to find. more
