To add to the previous poster ... Maybe their staffs' ""attitude"" is contagious! I live in Sugar Land and have visited their new Missouri City store several times in recent months. I have sewed & quilted for 20+ years. My visit to this store (2 weeks ago) will be my LAST !! \r
This was the 3rd time we've been there and nothing has changed. I've been twice with quilting friends and once myself. On each visit, the staff & mgr. were indifferent and more interested in chatting together at the counter than in HELPING CUSTOMERS.\r
The store was NEVER busy (Wonder why?) no classes going on or anything. Just total indifference. They did not appear to care if they greeted, helped us or sold anything to us. \r
Unbelievable lack of customer courtesy and service - and esp. for a NEW shop location that needs EVERY bit of help it can get. It won't be there very long with this kind of customer treatment. \r
There are 3 other established quilt shops in our area who have FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF and better stocked, too. \r
Sew Contempo, you badly need a Shop MAKEOVER !!\r
