I drove 40 mins out of my way to try this store as i was looking for a specific pattern and had heard they had reappy nice fabric. It was a very large mistake. The staff was sooo rude! I eas in the store for some 30 mins looking at fabric and neither of the 3 people working in the store ever offered to help. When I did ask about a pattern catalogue the older saleswomen who I asked snapped snidely that they did not stock that brand of patterns despite having a pattern cabnet with the brand printed largely across the cabnet. I was competely taken aback and quickly left the store. I mentioned my experience to several others who informed me that they had similar experiences of the the ""elite quilter"" in this store. My advice stay away and spend your money somewhere where you will be treated like a person.
Pros: beautiful fabrics, nice slection
Cons: Horrible customer service and maltreatment not worth any fabric
