SPA's guys checked several items of concern .... w/out charge .... SUPER!! They seem interested in me putting another 241K miles on my Camry .... I'll take it to the SPA as long as I'm able .... THANKS! more

A lot of the time you need a 2nd appointment or more than 1 day to get the work on the car accomplished. 8/25/2013

Even with an appointment, only minor work gets accomplished in 1 day. We wish you could do all the work in 1 day but you seem to overbook the appointments and then we have to make arrangements for a 2nd day with no car. But we feel that you are honest and do good work. more

Reliable, quality service 8/22/2013

This visit was thankfully inexpensive (not much needed) AND I got a good forecast from Lonnie about what WILL be needed in the way of more expensive repairs in next 10,00 miles if I plan to keep this car. Helped greatly in decision making. Thank you, Lonnie! more

Follow up requested 8/10/2013

I tried to call the office today, but you were closed. We had the water pump in our car replaced on Friday. After the repair we noticed a squeeling sound upon acceleration. We are assuming the belt needs to be tightened. I was hoping I could stop by first thing Monday to have it checked. I will plan to be at the shop 7am Monday. Thanks. more

Our tech, Lonny, took the time to fully discuss the repair options for our older model Acura. The 1999 Acura was brought in with a check engine light and a complaint of "noise." After running through some diagnostics, Lonny clearly explained what he found, and then provided guidance as to which of the identified repairs were safety-related. He definitely didn't try to push me to sign up for repairs just for the sake of getting more work. His professional opinion was very valuable, and guided me in making what I felt was the right decision. It's why I take all my family's cars to Severna Park Automotive. more

New Brakes and Calipers 7/31/2013

I was very disappointed with the work that was performed on the jeep. Perhaps you have new/young inexperienced mechanics who performed the work; at best, we were unsatisfied. The faulty work could have resulted in a very bad accident. Not once, but twice. There has to be a reason that this past experience was so vastly different. more
