Our tech, Lonny, took the time to fully discuss the repair options for our older model Acura. The 1999 Acura was brought in with a check engine light and a complaint of "noise." After running through some diagnostics, Lonny clearly explained what he found, and then provided guidance as to which of the identified repairs were safety-related. He definitely didn't try to push me to sign up for repairs just for the sake of getting more work. His professional opinion was very valuable, and guided me in making what I felt was the right decision. It's why I take all my family's cars to Severna Park Automotive.
