I am not sure if JulesKF is talking about the right company my experiences with Servpro could not be more different. The Servpro she wrote about isnt even at their address. My three story home had a water leak on the top floor and this flooded at least 70% of my third floor and the entire bottom two floors. They did a specatcular job repairing everything. I would highly suggest them to any of my friends! more

Our condo association hired this company to restore our home. The work completed was horrific, the painting was incomplete, they failed to contain the site and had drywall all over our house, which created a $500 dry cleaning bill and huge mess. Their employees walked across our carpet with muddy boots and left our spare key in our lock when finished. I attempted to call the owners and never once received a phone call back. The tried to use a product to seal our floor with a product the manufacture advised to NEVER use on floors. The second time they tried to apply sealant, it was again done incorrectly. We were forced to hire a 3rd party (home inspector) to supervise their work. There is NO communication and this company clearly had no idea how to perform the work they claim to be experts at. I would caution anyone against using this company. Pros: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Cons: Terrible service, horrid work more
