I received text messages and email reminders of my appointment. I received a text that my serviceman, Vladimir, was on his way, and his picture was also inlcuded. He was on time and wore booties to come into my home! He explained everything he was going to do and asked me if I had questions. He was knowledgeable and efficient and very pleasant. I could not have asked for or expected better service. He was remarkable, and I am so pleased with Vladimir and Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating. Thank you for a job well done!! more

This company, Service Genius; sent out Vladimir to service my AC Unit and install a Nest Thermostat did an excellent job! He was clean with his work, and patient with my questions. A true professional! Thank you Service Genius! I will definitely be using them to service my AC Unit annually! more

I called for my ac unit and they gave me 2 hours window and then they texted me 25 minutes before the tech arrive , the tech was very nice and Professional he add freon and change me thermostat after he program my phone to work with my ac unit . Overall great experience ;)) more

Today the technician Vladimir came and install our new thermostat one down stair and one up... was and amazing service, plus he did diagnostic test in both AC Units, replace our filters, Condense coil unit cleaning and adjust refrigerant too.
