Service tech 2/6/2014

Eric U was very polite and very thorough on providing the information from soup to nuts on the product line as well as the installation of the heating and air system to replace an old system that currently exists in the house. I was happy with the quote I received and that they would be ready to do the work the following day. Very satisfied with the competence and quality that we will get with the new Lennox heating system. more

Installation of new furnace and ducting in my home 1/31/2014

Do not trust this company. 6/2/2011

Good: nothing they are liars and will not leave this testimonial up so I will put it where they will not have control.. Bad: They are dishonest.. They came in my home red tagged me and put a huge sign DO NOT USE- DANGER. they have done this to many people and I have proof. but they will not leave this on here. they only have reviews they screen.. Improvements: The ceo of the company that said my heater is safe and the gas company said they would meet with them and if there is cracks that are dangereous than they would give me a heater. but they laughed and said as soon as you call Service Champions bluff and tell them to prove it and show the dangerousness cracks to the gas company they will not show up.. Other: I doubt if this will stay up long. But I am going to not rest till I get their name out there with so much publicity and get together others who have been scammed by this company. Going to get a class action law suit started.. more
