Good: nothing they are liars and will not leave this testimonial up so I will put it where they will not have control.. Bad: They are dishonest.. They came in my home red tagged me and put a huge sign DO NOT USE- DANGER. they have done this to many people and I have proof. but they will not leave this on here. they only have reviews they screen.. Improvements: The ceo of the company that said my heater is safe and the gas company said they would meet with them and if there is cracks that are dangereous than they would give me a heater. but they laughed and said as soon as you call Service Champions bluff and tell them to prove it and show the dangerousness cracks to the gas company they will not show up.. Other: I doubt if this will stay up long. But I am going to not rest till I get their name out there with so much publicity and get together others who have been scammed by this company. Going to get a class action law suit started..
