Service/Attic Solutions 5/4/2015

I was scheduled for a home performance test by Service Champions today. Their service was excellent. Things were explained in a very easy and professional manner. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. We also had a comfort advisor consult with us for some attic solutions. Roberto was professional, courteous and gave us several different options to choose from. I felt very comfortable discussing the issues with him. He was attentive and listened to what our concerns were. He had an answer or suggestion with any question we threw at him. He went above and beyond what we expected to help make our final decision for our attic solution. I am very happy with all the service I received today. more

Lar was great and informative in his findings. Roberto drank all my water because he was very thirsty to help me with ductwork. Helped me in saving money with the current MVP discounts. This will help me lower my utility bills and have less dust. more

I felt like they were trying to make a sell versus actually being concern more about what I call them to repair or diagnose. They seem very helpful in guiding you to sign you up to membership. After I was reluctant to sign up, they seem to have lost interest really quick. Then they were ready to go. Nice, but for a short period of time. more

Great Service 7/20/2014

Nassar did an excellent job, he arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He fully explained my problem re; uneven temperature in rooms of home with A/C, he showed me the ducts weren't completely sealed to plenum and was causing insufficient flow to affected rooms. He even advised that I might be able to fix problem myself with a little elbow grease and my son's help, but if we felt we weren't up to the job, he would be able to schedule a time to have it repaired. Excellent service and diagnostics, extremely happy with Nassar and service champions, would recommend to anyone who needs this service. more

Good service from Service Champions 6/27/2014

Last day of the last hot spell, my air conditioner gave up. Unfortunate though that was, there were two good things about it. The hot spell ended (temporarily) and I was still within my warranty! Service Champions quickly scheduled me for a service call and the serviceman, Stephen D., arrived promptly and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing things. He was thorough and conscientious (wore booties in the house) and patient enough to explain the problem in a way I could understand. I am very happy with the service I received. more

Pleasant surprise 4/25/2014

I was pleasantly impressed with Adrian U. of Service Champions. He quickly and quietly inspected my furnace and air conditioner and when he was finished, he gave a frank and honest appraisal of their condition. There was no pressure to replace NOW, but instead he showed me his findings in a way I could understand and believe. He pointed out that the furnace was operating properly, but that the air conditioner was approaching the end of its efficient life. Again, he emphasized that his role was to inform me, not to pressure me. I will certainly call Service Champions when I am ready to replace my heating/cooling equipment. more
