Craig Harris is the technician who fixed my dishwasher - the invoice number is 287669. Craig was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and on time. Craig was able to fix my brand new Jenn-Air dishwasher that started leaking after being serviced by an AllSouth technician. AllSouth replaced a bad hose but it turns out that AllSouth did not tighten a clamp correctly and left the pump hanging loose under the dishwasher which eventually caused gallons of water to leak out onto the hardwoods in our kitchen. I received the run around from AllSouth many times while trying to schedule an appointment to get my dishwasher fixed. AllSouth would not even have a technician available for another week to come out and fix their mistake. That company is very unprofessional and does not care one bit about customers once they've taken your money for the appliance that you bought. ServiceCare was able to quickly come out and repair my dishwasher the right way the first time. I will be calling ServiceCare for all my future appliance repairs! more

Nice repairman. Only wish they had part in stock.... don't understand why it should take a week to get a part esp. when had to pay $300 for the part and labor. Asked if it could be Fed Ex'd (i would have paid more for that option) but was told no and it could be a week to 10 days before part arrived. It took a little less than a week but that's a long time to go without a washer in our family so were using the local laundry mat every day. Haven't experienced an issue with other companies where I've had to wait so long for a part so wish they'd figure out a solution to this problem. more

My part came in sooner than promised and Craig promptly returned the next day to repair my washer.
