No Shows or Late 4/17/2011

They either show up late or not at all. Have seen this happen to a few people. DO NOT trust any of your travel plans to Service Cab. You will miss your flight. more

WORST EVER 3/4/2011

I have never experienced such rude service. The person answering the phones was extremely rude. I used this cab company in the past prior to my move to New Orleans..now that I live here and know there are other, much better options, I will never use this company again. My friends and I waited for over an hour and a half and no one ever showed up. When we called to check on the status, we are again greeted with rudeness and impolitness. I have never experienced such poor customer service. more

Take a cab every where you go 7/26/2005

A Service Cab has very helpful drivers. They help put my groceries into the cab and when we get to my house, they help unload the trunk so far as to putting the groceries on my steps. They are fast in arriving to pick me up and are reasonable in price as well. They accept Credit Cards (without a limit on the amount like some cabs) as well as Cash . more
