This place is a joke, The Service Dept. acts like you are wasting their precious time. False write up on service reports work not done.\r Had multiple problems with them on many visits, Said they turned all 4 rotors on brakes because of pulsating and they only turn front back ones I had to replace myself at my cost...BBB issue here. One time took car in to balance tires and they only did 3, Had problem with door lock they fixed and drove car in carwash with wipers on, bent wipers and did not say anything. Here is the best, Have another car that had fuel pump issue called to see if it is under recall they said no and got it fixed at Firestone $840. here to find out there was a extended service silent recall on it and now have to put a claim in with GM to get money back .... DO NOT use service here or find out for yourself that you made a mistake\r more

I can not beleive this place is still in business. My fiance bought a malibu from them and everytime we have the car in for service at Serpentini we have to bring it back 2 days later to have them finish the job. Even after a simple oil change was I back up there. The service personel can be very rude and will take advantage of women or anyone who doesn't know much about repairs. My fiance just took the car up for a sound coming from the front suspension and the service desk and receipt claim they replaced a tie rod end.-Well I just jacked the car up to take a look and it was not replaced, I'm still waiting for a call back from the GM. This place does not deserve your business. Go to Pat O'Brien in Westlake - They really know their stuff. Just check out the complaints on file against Serpentini with the Better Business Bureau- This place should not be in business. more
