I recieved a gift card for Serenity for Christmas last year and wanted a facial.I was excited to go but wasn't sure which facial to get and I am very busy.I'm a single mother that works full time with victims of crime,so I'm also on call 24-7.When I finally decided that I just needed to go and do it and found my card,I noticed that on the bottom of the card,it said that it expires 1 year after purchase.I realized that it was about a week and a half past the year,so I called the salon that morning and spoke with the owner,Candice. She told me that she would have to speak with the co-owner and also the esthetician to make sure it was ok with her and call me back, and it would be a few hours. She didn't call me back that day, and the next day around 5:30 pm, still no call, so I called her.She then advised that after speaking with the co-owner,they decided that they could not allow me to use my card.So $100 card was no good because of about 10 days.Unbelievable, greedy and just plain wrong.
