Dr Lisa Kang is fantastic & I'm now a regular client. Her expertise and professionalism are immediately apparent and I've had good results with the treatments. She explains pros/cons of various options and helps decide the right approach. The staff are friendly and hospitable, the spa itself is very pleasant & comfortable. more

The medical office does have a relaxing spa like quality and is comfortable, but not too over the top. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I very much like that I am serviced by a licensed doctor. more

It was fantastic. Dr. Theresa Bush is just wonderful in all ways. Couldn't be happier with my experience. She made the procedure go by quickly because she was so friendly and was clearly very concerned with me not experiencing any discomfort and was clearly excited with my results and wanted to make sure that I was too. She was also very honest with what my expectations should be. more

My most recent experience was my consultation. The form I had to fill out beforehand was short; the waiting time was short; and the doctor with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and efficient. Overall I am quite satisfied with the consultation, and will be back soon for my first appointment. more

There is no place like serenity. Serentiy is the epitome of what you want in a medspa. They are on the cutting edge of new procedures & technology but are thoughtful in their approach. They do not force products that you don't need on you and are always respectful of you financial situation and work to help you get the best services possible for your budget. Furthermore, the staff is unbelievable professional and sweet. You cannot go wrong at serenity! more

It was awesome! I am having a lot of tattoo work removed with laser and James has been fantastic. He fully preps me, both mentally and physically, and I am starting to see great results. The rest of the staff I come in contact with (front desk, nurse applying numbing cream before treatment, etc.) are equally professional, friendly and helpful. All around, a continuing great experience considering the not so great laser surgery treatment I need to go through to remove my unwanted tattoos. more

I was introduced to Serenity Medspa via Living Social about 8 months ago and was initially nervous to try out a new spa but I found Serenity Medspa to be professional, clean, efficient and a place that I have recommended to several friends. The lobby area is lovely and the initial contact always friendly but professional. I initially paid to do the laser hair removal for my underarms but due to the pain free and wonderful service I have received, I have returned for my legs and now my bikini. Well worth the visit! more
