I have purchased 4 vehicles from Sentry, but the last one will be my last purchase from them. I have a problem with my air bag system. They can not fix it so they stoped responding with me, no return phone calls or email because they can not fix the problem. I am now trying to get Ford corporate to step in.\r Dont do it.... more

Definitely coming back! 12/29/2010

I went to Sentry Ford to check out the new Focus which I was interested in getting for quite a while. The customer service from the time I walked in till the time I drove away with my car was impressive! My sales rep scheduled a test-drive for me and allowed me to take it around a decent amount of time. He went over all the features that were offered and also suggested which ones would be good for my needs. I was able to work out a decent deal after some negotiation. The application process took some time but I was overall happy with the experience. Definitely coming back here for servicing. more

Will Definitely Recommend Sentry Ford 11/17/2010

I took my wife to Sentry Ford when she mentioned that she was looking into the Ford Escape for a new car. I personally drive a Ford Fusion and have always received hospitable service from the dealership. When we reached there, the sales representative took all his time in explaining all the features of the car. They car was reasonable priced and they were able to work out some additional discounts which made the deal even better! We were very pleased with the service and I can definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford. more

Commendable Service 9/24/2010

I have to commend the service at Sentry Ford. When I walked into the dealership, my salesperson greeted me politely and talked to me about the type of features in the new Ford Fiesta that I was interested in. I was upfront about my budget as I wanted to avoid any unnecessary upsells. A few days later and after shopping around at other dealerships, I was convinced with their deal and decided to buy from here. I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service and I highly recommend Sentry Ford! more

Got my Ford from Sentry 7/18/2010

I had been planning to buy a new car for a while and considered many for my choice. Watching all the Ford commercials on TV really got me interested in the new Ford Fusion. Ford has really evolved to include more modern technology in their cars and made them more fuel efficient. I contacted my nearest Ford dealership - Sentry Ford to schedule a test drive and was thoroughly convinced with my choice. It had everything and more that I was looking for in terms of options. My sales rep at Sentry was a pleasure to work with and I was able to negotiate the price down to fit my pocket. I definitely love my new car and will recommend Sentry Ford! more

Great Ford Dealership 5/21/2010

I've been bringing my Ford Fusion to Sentry for regular servicing and maintenance and I've never had a bad experience. The staff members have become friends and I'm always greeted politely. My car also gets a complimentary wash and their prices are very affordable compared to other dealers. I'll definitely recommend Sentry Ford. more
