We recently boarded our cockatiel at this store. My mother went to go pick up our bird, but when she got there the store was closed so she had to wail until the following day. Our bird was visible from the window, and she did notice that the bird was trying to drink out of her water cup, but was not getting any water. The following day when the bird was picked up, the guy at the counter pretended to ""empty"" the water cup ""so the water wouldn't spill on the car ride home"" before he handed the bird over. My mom checked the cup and it was BONE DRY. When confronted, the guy admitted that there was no water. She suspects the cup was never refilled while the bird was at the store. It was a hot weekend, and needless to say, our cockatiel was not in good shape. If this is how boarded animals are treated, I can only imagine what the pets there that are for sale go through. I would not recommend patronizing this store.
