Sendaishi Pet Resort Llc

I bring my dog to sendaishi pet resort and it is so clean, the kennels are very large, with indoor and outdoor kennels. I would not bring my animals any where else! more

I have used Sendaishi for rehab and boarded my young dog for over 2 weeks. Would I do so again? A resounding yes! I can't imagine what kind of day some one was having to have such a 'horrible' experience, but considering I first showed up on a Saturday and got a tour of not only the kennels, but the water treadmill & rehab area...They couldn't have been more helpful & professional. Even after spending so much time there with his first boarding experience, my youngdog is excited whenever we get to the drive way and greets everone like his long lost friends! more

What an unpleasant experience! (...and we did not even board our animals there!) We stopped by for a quick tour and was begrudgingly "greeted" by the owner. After reacting to our request like we were disrupting her day, she took us 10 feet down a hallway, pointed at the row of kennels and acted defensive to every question we asked. We should not have entertained her unprofessional attitude any further, but we asked to see the kennels down the hall. She rolled her eyes, gave us a disgusted look and gave us a quick look at the run. They wreaked of urine and the dogs looked like they were in prison. She then walked us back to the entrance. We asked for pricing and activities for the dogs and she disgustedly pointed to a brochure and said "its all in the brochure", so we could do the research ourselves. Way to sell a service! She talked to her employees like they were dirt, treated us like we were unwelcome...how does she treat the animals. She was a witch! There is no way I wo more

i brought my 2 pugs here for years for doggy gym and boarding, their tails wagged continuously each time we got there--now we have 2 redbone coonhounds puppies and when they too will get introduced to SENDAISHI for another ten fun years. great concerning staff and will make it a point to know everything about your pets.\r \r Joanne more
