Dropped my 2012 Can-am, a $14,000.00 atv purchased in Nov. 2011 for repairs and had take it back because the repair was inadequate and the plastics now look like they have been sanded, there is pitting and white spots. Greg Hale service manager did correct the mistake made on the repair but refused to take responsibility for the damaged Plastics stating damages are from trail riding. Anyone who rides knows, plastics don?t get white spots or pitting from trail riding. Everyone makes mistake but not correcting those mistakes is unprofessional. Pros: null Cons: null more

SPS Has Gone to the DOGS!!! STAY AWAY!! 7/7/2011

Do yourself and your ride a favor and stay as far away from this service department as you can. They are rude, unprofessional and just plain nasty to their customers. Their finger pointing and blaming are beyond reprehensible. NEVER in my life have I been treated so badly as a customer. They damaged my bike and refused to own up to it. I know every inch of the bike and when I called them up to report the damage done I was blamed for it. Are you kidding? Even the service mananger himself would not help me out. Please read the reviews, here on the next few pages and on YP pages. You will be glad that someone opened your eyes to their sham!! more

I am a customer service rep for a local automotive dealer and I always feel compelled to share my opinion with others when I find a dealer that sets themselves apart from the rest. I was introduced to Seminole Powersports when I visited a annual show they put together right before Daytona bike week. I did not buy that day but last week I was ready and I shopped SPS only to find a very helpful salesperson. I am a rider so I knew what I was looking for and I knew what to expect. Don was very friendly and the transaction went very smooth. I was introduced to parts and service and rode out with my NEW Yamaha Raider about 45 minutes to a hour after I said, "I will take it." I would recommend Seminole Powersports to anyone that is interested in a motorcylce and I will be visiting the guys and girls at SPS again. more

incredible selection of bikes 6/22/2011

I was fortunate enough to wind up at Seminole PowerSports after several trips to other dealers. The dealership is absolutely wonderful. It's a massive building with an incredible selection of bikes, ATV's and watercraft on display, a huge diaplay of parts and accessories, and the largest Service Department I've ever seen. Everyone was friendly, I ended up purchasing a ZX-14, and the whole transaction couldn't have been any easier. I will return to SPS for parts, service, and any future "toys". I recommend SPS as THE dealership to shop last, you won't regret it. more

Stay Away from the Service Dept at Seminole Power Sports 6/18/2011

I took my motorcycle to the Seminole Power Sports service department and it was terrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before going because they are true. The people working there are surprisingly rude and argumentative, for absolutely no reason. I was shocked by how I was treated and not to mention how high the prices are. I expected so much more from this place. To top it off, they couldn't fix my breaks. The brakes on my bike started getting rough and so they recommend replacing them. I agreed to it, and the ride is still not smooth. I wish I didn't waste my money at this place. I'm definitely taking it somewhere else for now on and I recommend you do the same. more

I was very impressed with the Service Department at Seminole Powersports. NO nonsense, told me what i needed and gave me an accurate out the door price. They called me when it was ready and let me pick it up at my convenience. I recommend to anyone that needs service! more

SHIFTY, UNFAIR & JUST PLAIN BAD SERVICE!! 6/14/2011

I have been a motorcycle owner for well over fourteen years and just had one of the worst episodes ever with Seminole Power Sports service team. My motorcycle came back from their place with parts missing and loose. I went there for the convenience but will now drive out to Winter Garden to get my bike serviced from now on. When I attempted to get an issue resolved I was given a runaround like I did not know my own bike. I was belittled and made to feel like a liar. If I would have read all of the negatives here before I never would have gone. And the way they are still after being uncovered trying to jack up their review numbers is so dishonest. Did every single one of these people really buy a car from Chariots of Palm Beach, Braman Honda & stay at Best Western Mt Vernon? Sounds kind of fishy to me! Does not surprise me at all! Are they paying these people or are they their own employees? Makes me wonder. If you take good care of your bike, like I do, you will be sorely disappointed with them. more

I'm surprised seeing all the negative comments. I have had zero problems with their Internet sales (sickmotto on eBay). My buddy has been going here for some time and I know if this business ever did him wrong... he'd make sure sure we all knew about. It's a large dealership... the people seem friendly... and again, I've met and dealt with Nate in Internet sales... seems good to me... prices were fair. more
